Prologue: The Dark Knight (No…Not Batman)
The King and Prince sat in the throne room speaking amongst one another about the day's events as the Knight Captain and his young squire entered. "My liege," the captain spoke as he bowed before the King and Prince. "My most humble apologies for entering unannounced but I bring dire news. It would appear the knight whom had betrayed you has formed a small group and has been terrorizing the village. I sent a few of my men to attempt to stop him but they were killed with ease. They appear to have among them a mage that can cloak their appearances to make them look to be nothing more than mere townspeople. It would seem that they are more powerful than I had first thought. " The king looked at the Captain. "I see…" He steps down from the throne and draws his blade. "Then we must go after him. If need be, I will even strike him down myself." The prince stood from his throne and did the same. "Also sire, I have heard reports that the exile has been seen around the town. There are rumors that he seeks your life. I would like to advise that you not leave the castle…For your own safety." "I understand your concern, captain; however, I shall not sit idly by as someone terrorizes my kingdom. Gather your men and let us go." "What is going on…I cannot seem to even rest with all the townspeople that have come in today because of that band of men that have been attacking the kingdom," the cleric thought to himself as he finished up on another who had been injured by the dark knight and his men. "But it is my job as a cleric." The coroner was also there, examining the bodies of those that had been killed. "This is madness (No…There will be no Sparta here )…I do hope the king and his men can put an end to the attacks by the dark knight." "I agree, my friend. Let us finish up here. I am sure that our help is needed all over town." The coroner nodded to the cleric and the finished up and locked up before heading their separate ways to go out and help those around the town. "You cannot fool me mage," called the sage as he confronted the chaos magician. "Think what you will, old friend, but my powers far surpass yours now that I have begun to study the dark arts," the chaos magician laughed and ran around the corner, changing his appearance and mingling with the crowd of people. The sage chased after him, but as he concentrated his power and attempted to locate the chaos magician among the townspeople, it was to no avail. "His power to hide himself may exceed my ability to identify him…But I will find him and I will stop him." The townspeople all cheered and danced to the wonderful music of the bard, as he performed in the town square. Unbeknownst to them however, the rogue was also in the crowd, stealing from the crowd as their attention was focused on the bard. As the bard continued to play, he managed to catch a glimpse of the rogue as he was reaching into the coin bag of one of the townspeople. He quickly changed his tune a little bit as he looked at the rogue. As he did, the rogue suddenly began to look strange, and without any control, the rogue began to dance around, the money had had stolen began to fall from his hands as he danced. The tower guard watched from his post as this occurred and notified the town guard of what was happening. The town guard quickly came to the scene, pushing by the bard, interrupting his song, releasing the rogue from the bard's spell. As he came to his senses, he spotted the town guard heading straight toward him and darted off, escaping into an alley. At the local tavern, a man walked in and ordered an ale as he sparked up a conversation with the barkeep. "So, know any place to look into a good job." The barkeep looked to the man. He had never seen him before but noticed a sword holstered to his back and quickly realized he must be a mercenary from out of town. "Well, there has been word of a band of men who betrayed the king and are now terrorizing the town. I'm sure you could look into that. I'm sure the king wouldn't hesitate to hire someone to help." "I see…Thanks." The mercenary finished his ale and left the tavern. "Hmm…Shouldn't be hard to find a job…Just have to determine which of them has the biggest pay off…The king or this band of men." "There he is!! Capture him!" one of the local guards cried as several guards chased after the exile. "Hmph…Catch me if you can." The exile coaxed as he jumped onto a box beside a house and climbed onto the roof. "Catch him! Don't let him get away!" yelled the guard again as he leapt up onto the box and chased after the exile. When the guard got up to the roof, the exile was waiting for him and kicked him in the face, knocking him off the roof and onto the other guards who were behind him. "All too easy…Now with them out of the way, it's time to hide out and begin looking for the king." The exile jumped down on the other side of the house and left to look for a good place to hide out. The dark knight and his men finally met up at nightfall at the predesignated area. "Well that's enough terrorizing for now. But it would appear that the king knows that we are here, so we need to concentrate our efforts on getting rid of our opposition," the dark knight explained to his men. "But…uh…what should I do?" The newest member asked. "Just…Don't get in the way," the dark knight stated. The recruit hid his anger of the knight's unwillingness to let him assist and decided that he would study each of the members closely and vowed he would take the place of whoever was first to fall. |
Night 1 - First blood and watchful eyes |
---|
Voltage walked along the streets of the kingdom, seeming to be looking for someone or something. As he did so however, the bard noticed him and decided to have a little fun.
“Sorry sir…But you’re not going anywhere tonight.” The bard pulled out his magical lute and began to play a strange song. Voltage stopped in his tracks and looked around for where the music was coming from and spotted the bard. Before he could do anything about it, he began to dance around the streets. “Hey what!? What the heck are you doing to me!?” Voltage demanded. The bard just continued to play his lute, keeping Voltage trapped in the dance the entire night. JS strolled into the local inn to get a room for the night. “Hello, sir, what can I do for you?” The innkeeper asked. “I’d like a room, please.” “Certainly. That will be 5 silver pieces please.” JS handed the innkeeper the silver pieces, got his key, and went to his room to sleep. After he had fallen to sleep, a dark figure came into his room, took all his belongings and left without a sound. The tower guard stood watch over the kingdom, in particular that night however, he was concentrating on anyone that looked suspicious. This night he kept watch over Impervious. However, after watching Impervious the entire night, he saw absolutely nothing out of the ordinary. “Well that was a bit of a waste…” He thought to himself. JS woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom. He dragged himself out of bed and turned on a lamp on the end table by his bed. Once the light illuminated the room, he quickly realized that all of his belongings had been taken. “What!?!?” JS shouted as he jumped out of the bed and immediately charged out of the inn. “Someone’s going to die…” “Yes…Someone is going to die.” A mysterious voice stated from the shadows beside the inn. JS immediately turned his attention to where the voice was coming from. “Who is there…Show yourself now!” The man walked out of the shadow but not before throwing a knife straight at JS’s throat. JS reacted quickly and knocked the knife away but while he was concentrating on the knife that was being thrown at him, the man drew another knife from his back pocket and stabbed JS straight in the heart. “What did I…do…? Who…Are you?” JS managed to get out before falling to the ground…Dead. “Hmph…You’re not the king…” the exile said, aggravated. “Though I should have known…Why would the king stay at an Inn…” The exile just sighed and went back into hiding before any guards showed up. “Hehehe, that JS guy was loaded with some nice stuff…” The rogue laughed as he examined his spoils. “I could probably sell all this stuff off for a nice price. Especially this sword.” The rogue examined the sword much closer. As he did he saw the reflection of someone behind him. He quickly gathered the goods and hid in the nearby alley. He wasn’t sure if he had been spotted or not but he wasn’t going to take any chances. He grabbed the sword and snuck up behind the person and quickly slit their throat. Andromeda fell to the ground and grabbed her neck trying to keep the blood from flowing…but it was no use. The rogue turned and left her to bleed to death. Kat was taking her nightly walk before bed. However, she was not alone this time. The sage was following closely behind her, watching her and using his powers to figure out just who’s side she was on. “Hmm…So that’s who you are…” he thought to himself. |
Day 1 - Batman Falls |
---|
Day 1: Batman Falls
Loud ting-tang, ting-tang, ting-tang of the church bells announced noon on the village square. Loss of the two villagers kept everyone wary of the killers that walked among them disguised in kind words and smiles. RMZ (as they called the town’s riddle master) was walking around the entire previous night and day like hypnotized constantly repeating same words. The villagers overheard him say things like: baddies, easier to win, less people, easy to lose, goodies, to survive, measly abilities, no behind scenes… This odd behavior risen a few eyebrows, but what’s worse the villagers started discussing his demeanor. First one to step up and say out loud what’s on his mind was Impervious. “His behavior has been suspicious!” he exclaimed. Voltage joined Impervious sharing his suspicion, Crazypainter did not concur with the previous claims naming Voltage as the accused. While many were still baffled, Randro was quietly munching on the grilled chicken, pondering to himself between the bites about the villagers present on the town square. RMZ tried to defend himself that he only wanted to see their reactions, but alas JarZe and as it turned out, a lot of the villagers didn’t believe him. “Even if you’re good, you don’t sound like it”, he stated. Suddenly RMZ, however, disappeared. The villagers were alarmed by the sudden disappearance when suddenly another person appeared in his place. The newcomer, IDoNotExist, was unsure of exactly what was going on but quickly analyzed the situation. “Umm…It seems that my predecessor has caused quite a predicament. Please allow me a chance to show you that I am not bad as it would appear I have been made to appear.” The villagers, unsure of what to think, decided to give him the chance he asked for. The votes from then on were constantly changing around. No one was sure who to believe or who to vote for. As the day dragged on, the votes finally seemed to settle out and they were settling on limeliam. As the day began to draw to a close, a couple of the villagers seemed to be missing. One of the missing villagers, twin_bro, finally showed up and placed his vote for lime. “Sorry…I had a lot of work to do,” was the excuse he supplied to his absence. Some people didn’t like this excuse and sensed it as a reason to place a bandwagon vote and a few of the villages changed their vote to twin_bro. Finally, the day drew to a close and the votes were in. However, the votes were a tie and no one person had a majority. The quiet gathering quickly turned into an angry mob that wanted to punish someone, anyone for the blood spilled the night before. Some people started erecting the gallows. Others were yelling “Get twin_bro!” Others were shouting “No! Get limeliam!” but still a majority could not be reached. The mob was beginning to get unruly and was ready to just kill them both. However, several guards pushed their way through the mob and surrounded lime. “By orders of the prince, you are to come with us.” Lime didn’t hesitate to allow them to take him as he knew this would save him from the lynch that was coming. The villagers watched as lime was taken to the castle by the prince’s royal guards. As the disappeared from sight, the villagers turned their attention to twin_bro. Twin_bro did not stand a chance no matter how much he was struggling at this point. He knew that they had made up their minds now. They lifted the condemned villager on the back of a cart, placing a noose around his neck. A flock of raven counting hundreds started hectically circling around the village square. The certainty of the upcoming feast had made them restless. The accused was standing calmly, only his eyes were reflecting his true mental state. Paralyzing fear has petrified twin_bro in his post. Fear from what lies in the backstage, behind the heavy curtains of the theater called life. One villager went to the cart and slowly started to pull them underneath twin_bro’s feet. He looked up one last time to view the heavy lead sky sprinkled with hundreds of hungry messengers of death, shouting out loud “The king will still fall, my men shall…” He did not finish his sentence as the cart was fully pulled from under the dark knight’s feet. Many of the villagers cheered, knowing they had taken down a baddie…And the leader no less. The remaining members of the dark knights team faked cheering along with the other villagers but were watching them all closely, already planning on who they would get rid of that night. The cheering finally died down. As the sun set on the scene, the villagers slowly began to leave the area to retire for the night and begin planning. Silence fell on the area, the only thing breaking the silence was the squeak of the rope that twin_bro was dangling from and the raven vortex above. Soon that vortex came down from the sky in a bloodthirsty frenzy. |
Night 2 - Batman Returns |

Night 2: Batman Returns
The recruit stood atop a building now bearing the Dark Knight’s armor and sword. The blade cried for blood as he watched as crazypainter walked down the alley below. He drew the sword and jumped down into the alleyway where she was walking. The armor made a loud clank as the recruit landed on the ground behind her causing her to jump nearly a foot into the air. “I know who you are girl, and I know what you can do…But it won’t help you because you die now!” Before CP could react, the recruit lunged at her and stabbed her straight through the neck. CP tried to cry out but it was no help. The recruit pulled the blade from CP’s neck and watched as her blood dripped off his blade. He sheathed the blade as he walked away, leaving her laying in the alley. SomeGuy sat on a bench alongside the town’s main road. “Need to take a seat for a moment.” As he sat down, the rogue appeared behind him and knocked him out and took just about everything he had. When SomeGuy finally came to he looked around dazed before realizing that most of his things had been stolen. Izzy walked into the local tavern just after sundown for a quick drink before heading out to do as she had planned. Izzy sat at the bar and called to the barkeep. “Hey, can a get a quick ale please.” “Sure thing, miss.” The barkeep made her the ale gave it to her. “Here ya go.” In one of the far corners, the rogue was looking through is gain for the night. “Hmm…This guy wasn’t all that bad either. Got some nice stuff. Gold and silver pieces, a ring, and some nice weapons.” The rogue glanced up as Izzy walked in and decided to give some of the weapons a try and readied one and waited for the perfect opportunity. In the opposing corner from the rouge, the Exile sat at a table as well and eyed all the people coming into the tavern. He eyed Izzy as she walked in. “I doubt the king would come in here…but I think you need to go.” He pulled one of his throwing knives from his pack and prepared. As he saw the moment present itself, he threw the knife at her. At that same moment the rogue had apparently picked that same moment as his moment and darted through the tables and swung the short sword he had picked up. Unknown to the both of them, JarZe had come in and was watching over Izzy closely. He managed to catch sight of their movements and jumped up from his seat. “Look out!” Izzy spun around in her seat just in time to see the Town Guard jump between her and the attacks. She watched as the Town Guard fell to the floor, taking the hits for her. The Exile and rogue looked at the scene confused for a split second before quickly escaping before being seen. The Knight Captain was on his nightly patrol watching for anyone or anything that looked out of place. But that was not his only job that night. He was also looking for star_tiger. Something about her just didn’t feel right to him and he was going to take care of her. As he walked through one of the alleys of the streets, he saw ST in the distance. “So there you are,” he thought. He drew his sword and slowly crept up on her. Just as he made it to her, gave of a clank sound that he wasn’t expecting which caught her attention. He wasn’t going to give her a chance to take advantage of that and all she managed to see when she spun around was the blade of his sword before everything turned red…Then black. The rogue ran from the tavern frustrated with his attack being stopped by the Town Guard. But he remembered that he had one other job to do. Kill IDNE. The rogue jumped up onto roof of the nearest house and began to jump from roof to roof, searching for IDNE. He finally spotted him, sitting by the fountain in the town square. He jumped from the roof and snuck around behind where IDNE was sitting. The rogue pulled out a knife and came up behind IDNE and put the knife to his throat. “What in the!? Who’s there? What do you want?” IDNE asked of his assailant. “Your life.” And with that the rogue slit IDNE’s throat and pushed him into the fountain. The water of the fountain soon turned crimson as IDNE’s blood poured out and mixed with the water. The Tower Guard watched out over the town once more. Even though there was much more action that night, he didn’t see any of it as he once again set his eyes on Impervious. He was determined to find out something from him. But, once again, after watching Impervious for the whole night…He did nothing incriminating. “Maybe I’m wrong about him…” After the prince had interrogated lime, he was unable to get any pertinent information and decided to release him. The prince’s guards opened the door to lime’s cell. “You are free to go…” Lime nodded and left the cell and was escorted from the castle. |
Day 2 |
---|
Rain poured from the sky as the villagers gathered in the town square. Izzy started things out, speaking her thoughts on everything. She wasn’t sure who to trust and who not to trust. But she did try to strike up a deal with the Exile to join her side, but it was unsure if the deal was taken as no one spoke up.
The next to speak was Kat, stating how she believed the baddies would attempt to sway the vote in one direction or another, however Izzy didn’t trust Kat’s thoughts and believed her to be bad. Kat immediately defended stating that the sage could take up for her since she had been checked the night before last and placed a vote for FIF due to his awkward silence. Bully was the next to place his vote and called out voltage as being a possible suspect. He stated that he was quite certain of who some of the goodies and decided to place some pressure voltage to see if he could get any better information. Izzy and Kat started going at each other. Izzy didn’t trust Kat at all but eventually gave in thinking that if she were a the role she thought, Kat couldn’t possibly know exactly what role the sage had seen her as and voted with Kat for FIF. However that vote didn’t stay as after more discussion, Izzy’s distrust of Kat finally overcame her and she changed her vote to Kat. And it wasn’t long before Bully joined her in that vote. Randro soon came to place his thoughts and voted for voltage stating how suspicious he was and noting that CP had to have voted for him for a reason. Kat soon followed in voting for voltage with no real reason other than to try and hope more votes would go for voltage rather than herself. However, her attempt did little more than make her look more suspicious and in a desperate attempt to save herself she finally decided to give in. “I am the Prince! And I will arrest FIF today to prove myself!” However, her claim would not be able to be tested as a bolt of lightning split the sky and struck Kat, causing her to lose her ability. However, seeing this, many people decided that if the Prince were to act after that, then it would be ascertained that she wasn’t him and if the prince did not act, that she was and the votes quickly began to shift between FIF and RPGBully. “By order of the King, the vote shall hearby end!” came a call from the castle. The vote was over and it appeared the FIF was the one to be lynched that day. The villagers all gathered around FIF and hoisted him up onto the cart and took him to the gallows. FIF looked at the noose, petrified by fear and unable to speak, the noose was placed around his neck. The executioner began to pull the cart from underneath FIF’s feet. FIF struggled to stay on the cart but to no avail. Just as the cart was leaving FIF’s feet, a random villager ran up trying to stop it but he was too late. The villager appeared to be a novice coroner and he looked in dismay at the scene before him. “I was too late…My teacher…You killed the coroner…” The villagers all looked at each other before hanging their heads, seeing that they had killed a goodie. However not all heads were hanging in shame, a few…were secretly smiling. |
Night 3 - Dwindling Numbers |
---|
The Tower Guard stood over the village, still trying to pick out anyone suspicious. This time he decided to change his target and watched Voltage. However, yet again, his choice did nothing out of the ordinary. “I just have some of the worst luck in who I watch…”
The air was crisp and cool. “Ah…The perfect night for a walk,” RPGBully thought out loud as he stepped out and started walking down the road. Just as he was stepping out, the sage was looking on closely and began to follow. “I’ll find out who you are…” As the sage was following, he saw movement out of the corner of his eye. And just as he turned to look at where the movement had come from, Bully shouted in pain. The sage turned back to Bully to see a burn on his arm. Suddenly, the Chaos Magician appeared in front of Bully. “Goodbye.” The Chaos Magician formed an icicle in his hand and thrusted it at Bully, piercing him in the heart. Bully collapsed to the ground as the icicle melted away. “I hope you enjoyed the show, old friend. I’ll be coming after you soon enough,” the chaos magician stated to the sage as he disappeared. The exile stood on the rooftop of a building near the castle. “I need to get the king…But I can’t just go in after him…Too many guards.” The exile was beginning to get frustrated that he had still not accomplished what he had come to do and decided to take his frustration out on someone. His unfortunate victim for the night was Kat. She was on her way back to get some sleep for the night when the Exile jumped down in front of her. “Y-You’re the exile!” Kat exclaimed when he appeared before her. “That is correct. I can’t seem to find the king so I’ll just kill you instead.” Kat turned to try and escape, but the exile was to quick and ran to block her path. “And just where do you think you’re going, little missy?” The exile pulled out one of his many knives and slashed toward Kat’s throat. Luckily she was able to dodge it but fell back in the process. “Hmm…Managed to dodge my blow…But left yourself in quite the perfect position.” The exile pulled another knife from his pouch and threw it at Kat’s hand, piercing it and leaving it locked down. “No more running away now.” The exile took the other knife and threw it straight at her head, striking her right between the eyes. Kat fell back as the blood dripped down her face. The exile retrieved his knifes and cleaned the blood from then before returning them to his pouch. “You’re good…But I’m better.” |
Day 3 - Electrifying |
---|
Day 3 – Electrifying!
The villagers crowded angrily around Voltage, holding up pitchforks and torches, cheering violently, even through the roaring storm. Rain pelted down on them all, making Voltages hair slick down over his eyes, which were staring pleadingly up at the villagers. “Please, I’m not a baddie, I’m innocent! Lynching me would make us lose!” but his cries were useless to the angry mob. Various shouts of his name echoed across the centre of town, as Someguy walked up holding rope, which was heavy with the soaking rain. Izzy and Impervious threw log after log in a pile at Voltage’s feet as Randro cradled a flaming torch against the wind. Liam helped Someguy with the final knots, and everyone stepped back as Randro threw the torch onto the pile. The logs gave a sizzle, and hissed, but the flames would not start against the wind. “Look! It’s a sign! I shouldn’t die today! Now let us all reconsid...” but Voltage didn’t get to finish his sentence. A booming thunderclap echoed through the square, and a brilliant flash of light blinded everyone. Izzy was the first one to look up, and she let out a gasp; the blackened body of Voltage hung limply against the almost incinerated bonds. Mummers of confusion, followed by relief passed through the crowd, when Impervious spoke up. “So, who was he?” The crowd, unhappy to be standing in the middle of a storm, shoved Liam forward to inspect the dead body of Voltage. He shuffled through the ash reluctantly, and his hand grazed something sharp. He cried back in pain, and sucked the new cut on his palm, while Someguy walked forward to pick up whatever it was. In lifted the object and turned around to face the mob. Raindrops plunked off the shiny, black steel of the Sword of the Dark Knight. “But wait, didn’t the Dark Knight die already?” Randro asked, baffled. Slowly, the crowd came to the realization that they had lynched the Recruit. Another clap of thunder sounded, and the remaining villagers ran for shelter, as another flash of lightning crossed the sky. |
Night 4 - Final Showdown |
---|
e storm from that day was still lingering as SomeExile, the Impy Magician, and Captain Randro gathered in the town square.
The Limey Sage stood off to the side, watching Impervious in particular. He had no idea why the Cleric would be there but he let it be. Tower Guard Izzy was looking on at the sight from her position in the lookout tower. It appeared that something big was about to happen. “You betrayed our little alliance,” Impy stated looking at SomeExile. SomeExile merely shrugged. “Yeah. But had we stuck with the plan you had, there would have been even less chance of us winning…Well more a less chance of me winning…” Impervious glared at SomeExile and quickly conjured up a fireball and hurled it at SomeExile. SE quickly jumped out of the way. His ability may have been taken but he wasn’t going to go down that easily. Captain Randro drew his sword and looked at Impy. “So you are a baddie…And the Chaos Mage no less.” Impy saw no reason to hold his disguise as the cleric any longer and let go of spell. “What…Have you come to kill me, Captain?” Captain Randro just looked at Impy and readied his sword. Just as he began to charge at Impy, a bolt of lightning lit up the sky and struck right in front of Randro. “I’d be careful if I were you, Captain…Your armor and sword don’t mix to well with lightning.” Impy turned back to SomeExile who was taking the opportunity to escape but Impy quickly shot an icicle dagger at him, striking him in the arm. “And just where do you think you’re going? I’m not letting you get away so easily after you helped get one of our men lynched.” Impy disappeared and reappeared in front of SomeExile. “Hmm…How should I kill you…? Icicle to the heart…Engulfed in flames…Fried to a crisp by lightning…Hmm…I know!” Impy raised his hands and formed a bubble around SomeExile and began to fill it with water. SomeExile tried to get out but the bubble was impenetrable. The bubble was soon filled completely with water and Impy laughed as he watched SomeExile struggle to get out. All the struggling quickly exhausted his air and his movements slowed to nothing as SomeExile drowned. Impy released the bubble as the water spilled out and SomeExile’s body laid, dead on the ground. Impy then turned back to Captain Randro. “So…Where were we? Ah yes…I believe you had come to kill me…Hadn’t you?” Captain Randro, readied his blade once more and looked at Impy. “I won’t fall for your tricks mage.” Randro charged at Impy and gave a swing of his sword, but he struck nothing as Impy had disappeared and reappeared a few feet away. “Wanna try again?” Impy Mage coaxed. Captain Randro just shot a glare at Impy and charged him again, and gave another swing only to hit air once more. “Aww…And you were so close that time to!” Impy laughed as he mocked Captain Randro. Captain Randro was persistent though and charged Impy once more swinging the blade. Again he hit air and stumbled falling to the ground. Impy just gave another laugh. Unknown to Impy, the fall had been intentional as Randro reached slowly to a dagger hidden in his gauntlet. He reached it and quickly pulled it out and threw it at Impy, striking him in the leg. Impy yelled in pain and pulled the knife from his leg. "You’ll die for that, Captain.” Impy quickly formed a fireball and hurled it at Captain Randro. Randro quickly jumped to one side and avoided the attack. Impy quickly followed up with an icicle. Randro managed to see it coming and knocked it away with his sword as he charged once again. But again, Impy disappeared before being hit. Randro was beginning to get a little frustrated by his attacks constantly being evaded. He had one dagger left in his other gauntlet and got an idea. But it was going to take precise timing to pull off. “Just give it up now, captain. You can’t stop me. How about we finish this now?” Impy began to start the spell for his lightning. Captain Randro watched closely and just as Impy finished the spell, Randro threw his sword straight up into the air. The lightning spell went straight to the sword like it was a lightning rod just as he had planned. Randro pulled the dagger from his other gauntlet and lunged at Impy, thrusting it into his neck. “No…Way…” was all Impy could manage to get out as he collapsed to the ground. It was finally over…The Dark Knight and his men had finally been defeated. Tower Guard Izzy was cheering from her post as she saw Captain Randro take out the Impy Magician. Limey Sage came out from where he was taking cover. “You did it, Captain Randro! It’s finally over!” “Yes…Unfortunately…We lost many of our friends in this battle…And the King and Prince were defeated as well…” Randro stated solemnly. The Limey Sage looked down as he had actually seen the night the Impy Magician killed King Bully. “But we will start anew…And make the kingdom greater than it ever was before!” Captain Randro picked up his sword and sheathed it as the storm finally passed. And the moonlight shone over the kingdom. |
