Foodie Mafia was a game developed and hosted by EDM & Slick.
It began on February 11th, 2011 and ended in a Goodie win after Day 3 when remaining Baddie conceded defeat. Due to a chain of unfortunate events, the game thread and BTSC threads of Foodie Mafia have been lost.
Game Mechanics
Foodie Mafia ran as a standard Mafia game with 6 Goodies (2 of which had BTSC), 3 Baddies with BTSC and 2 Indies (who could gain BTSC during the game).
Rules
- Order of actions: Indy < Baddie < Goodie ----------- Kill < RID < Trap < Redirect < Spy < Block < Save
- If powers are equal a coin toss will decide the action used.
- Role of lynched players was NOT revealed
- Role of players killed during the night was revealed
- There was only one Baddie Kill (despite initial confusion). As long as Cheeseburger was alive, the kill was carried by him and could be acted upon (redirected/blocked, etc).
Role Description
Baddies Wincon: Out number Goodies and Indies.
They have group kill and BTSC
- Mr.Cheeseburger: Can kill one per night.
- Mr.French fries: Can spy on odd nights.
- Ms.Milkshake: Can RID guess on even nights.
Goodies Wincon: Kill all Baddies and Indies.
- Ms.Salad: Can kill on odd nights.
- Mr.Carrot: Can spy once per night.
- Mr.Celery: Can RID guess on even nights.
- Mr.Banana: Can save one per night.
- Ms.Apple: Can redirect on odd nights. Has BTSC with Bananas only. Can save one per night if Bananas dies.
- Little Peaches: Can block an action each night.
Indies Wincon:Live until the end.
Have no BTSC until PB holds Jelly hostage.
- Master Peanut Butter: Can hold a hostage for a day and night. He will not find out the role.
- Madam Jelly: Votes count as x2 on odd days only.
Host's Summary
Game Idea and Expectations
It was a great idea and comical. It was not expected to be a blockbuster as we were both noob hosts. Not bad coming from us. The night kills revealed the role instead of the regular games. That was twisted by itself.
Game
The baddies were spotted too early and went downhill from there. Cheeseburger lived in the end at least. Between EDM's school and my work, in the way, it's been accomplished without a long wait. I enjoyed doing it.
Special commendations
Current seemed to figure it out well and helped to win.
Host disappointments
I think the goodies had a better chance in the balance. The worst was not moving it simply to the finished games section. I knew how to do that right. I forgave that sin though.

| Night 1 - Something is Stirring in the Kitchen: |

| Once upon a time there was a Mafia House full of killers. This story however, is not about them. It takes place in their large kitchen.
All of the food in there had come to life and the Don had no idea that his foods were able to communicate amongst themselves. We now take you to the kitchen, where things are getting shaky. "Hey Celery, what can we do to keep this Healthy Food Day a success?", asked Carrot. Celery was dancing with his leaves shaking to and fro and not really listening, so Carrot unplugged his ipod and asked him again. Celery replied,"How dare you stop my tunes." " Anyway, I think we should have lookouts and we all must be aware of anything peculiar. "We certainly can't be too careful with that rotten junk food on the loose." Carrot added, "Yeah, that grease ball burger is so fat, they will need a double tray so it doesn't break through." " HA-HA-HA", giggled Celery and the rest of the healthy foods, who joined in the crisper. Peaches said, "How about those skinny French fries, just once I'd like to bowl them over and make a strike." "That Milk shake is very nosy, and can guess our character roles." "We should poke a hole in that cup and let it drip on the floor where it belongs.", said Apple. Meanwhile, the junk food were discussing their actions. "Let's put them all in the food processor, add a bunch of sugar and turn it on high.", blurted Milk shake. "That will teach them, for acting all healthy." Finally, after much smack talk, Cheese burger decided exactly who he wanted to kill, and he did not want to be obvious. Madam Jelly was hanging around in the condiment section, in the fridge trying to get a date with the mayo. Quickly, the door swung open and cheese burger lassoed the jar, yanked it out of the door and began cracking it with a meat tenderizer. Jelly was screaming like crazy before there was nothing left but broken glass mixed with her. Soon the maid swept it up and pitched it in the trash for the garbage man to dispose of. The votes would not be upset by jelly the next day. It really sucked leaving one Indy. Salad was really unsure about being violent and just stayed in its bowl waiting to be honoured in the parade. The junk foods were hiding behind the fridge fearing that they would be suspected of taking out Jelly. As far as the spying went, no one got caught. This wraps up Night one due to 2 missing actions. |

| As the day approached, and the group got together, the smells got tantalising; something was cooking up and someone was gonna rot!
With nothing much to work on for N1, the accusations fell nowhere.......finally, Izzy was pointed at. she tried to flee, but it was no use. Too much food around! The warm sun came in through the window just as she fell into the dirty dish water in the sink. Almost immediately, a foul, disgusting black fungus began to grow. Izzy, screaming with fear, felt herself weaken. Within no time, Ms.Milkshake was dead, being digested by the foul fungus that was now a part of it. |

| Mr.Carrot was out, looking for the junk food. Soon, his stealth helped him find Mr.Cheeseburger.
'Aha, now I know who you are', he thought to himself. But unfortunately, Mr.Cheeseburger turned around in time to see him leaving.... "Stop!" Mr.Cheeseburger went towards Mr.Carrot, a small smile on his face, "How are you doing? How are the preparations for the parade?" "Oh-oh, I'm fine, and everything's going fine, thank you." Mr.Carrot said, now slightly nervous, but trying to keep his face orange. "Hmm. Well, do you know what I think? I think the preparations are....a bit of an inconvenience for you. Look! You look thin...." Mr.Carrot began walking backwards, slowly, "Oh, do I? Well, maybe I should eat something...I'll just be...." "No need for that. How about I make something for you? Perhaps....some CARROT CHIPS!!!" Mr.Cheeseburger yelled as he hit Hirkala with the cleaver, chopping him into carrot strips. He then threw him into the fire, where he roasted.....and smelled good.... Mr.Cheeseburger walked away with a smirk, "That's what you get for messing with me, dirty root...." Meanwhile, Mr.Peanut Butter, upset without Jelly, went to find the killer. He only saw DougFarley, and felt compelled to show his anger. So, He quietly went to him, and hit him over the head with a club, knocking him out cold. Then he dragged him to a corner, smeared peanut butter on his face and laughed at him.... |

| Banana was looking for some ice cream this evening and it was quite dark in the freezer. All he wanted was to make a split. The ice cream saw him and gave him the cold shoulder. He felt rejected and started to whimper. He then decided to climb down from the freezer and warm up by the toaster oven. It was a huge mistake on his part because right behind him lurked Cheese burger. Once Banana opened the oven door to warm his peel, Cheese burger took a running start and rammed Banana into the oven and slammed the door closed. He then turned it up to the max and stayed until Banana was ashes. The smoke alarm went off and the maid was very suspicious at this point. She put out the fire and went back to bed. Cheese burger was laughing so loud behind the oven, he almost gave himself away. RIP Maurice. You are now part of the trash. |
| Day 3 - Vineetrika is all washed up |

| Today was the day of the parade and a time to honor all of the healthy foods that remained alive. Before the ceremony, there was someone who was not welcome to partake in it.
The Foodies were so sure about killing off the junk food and they were pretty sure about who it was. Vine was about to be executed and he tried so hard to explain his innocence. It simply meant nothing to the rest of them. They decided to string him up and bombard him with grapes until he couldn't stand it anymore. Afterward, they made him sing the "I'm a Little Teapot" song. Finally, they slowly lowered him into the food processor which they adjusted to fine chop. He was too worn out to scream and he became bits. They added some dish detergent to make sure he wouldn't be eaten at the parade. The parade began and Curr3nt was the Grand Marshall. A huge table contained all of the health foods on a float. There were so many other fruits and veggies which followed them. The crowds were cheering them on and everyone seemed so happy but, under the table cloth was Phaze (aka-Cheese Burger). He had a stick of dynamite with him, but he forgot the matches in the kitchen. He lives until the next episode and accepts defeat. The End. |
