|Size||10 Players (Small)|
|Start Date||April 26, 2009|
|Roster|| 1) Mekal|
|First to Die||Joe's Student|
|Last Remaining|| 8) Marth|
It began on April 26, 2009 and ended in a Critter win in Night 5 (assumed Day 5) on May 3, 2009.
Wolves (Baddies) Have BTSC, and win if they are the last faction standing. Get a group kill each night.
- Alpha Wolf: The head of the pack, and always wants to know what's going on. Can pick any player to spy on at night.
- Beta Wolf: Second in command, and enjoys the feeling of power. Stops other players from acting that night.
- Lone Wolf: Is a wolf, but isn't officially part of the pack. Has BTSC with the Alpha and Beta, but when investigated, will appear as a random critter, looking as if they aren't part of the Wolves.
Critters (Goodies) Win if the Wolves have all been killed
- Bear: Doesn't like the idea of the wolves taking over. Kills one player a night for the critters.
- Owl: Stays up all night on watch. Can pick one person a night, and find out their identity.
- Rabbit: Has lots of relatives around the forest. Can send one of his herd each night to die in place of another.
- Fox: Is sly enough to escape from harm (and is slightly favoured by the hosts). Cannot be killed at night.
- Squirrel: Is in charge of counting the votes, but has a habit of messing it up. Their vote counts as x2.
- Snake: Has learned some skills from everyone. The host will roll a 6-sided dice to determine the action of the Snake (saving, killing, guarding [50% change they will kill the attacker, 50% they will die instead] discovering specific role, impersonating, or free choice of the previous 5 if a 6 is rolled). The Snake picks a person other than himself and then I tell them what the action is, to which they can either decline or carry out the action (or choose the action to carry out, if I rolled a 6)
- Raccoon: A master thief. The Raccoon can pick one player a night, and they will get that role's ability for the night, or day if they are the Squirrel. The targeted player will still, however, have their role for that night.

Day and Night Posts
JarZe stretched out his paws, and settled down on the soft, mossy floor.
“Now what should I do?” he thought to himself, but that decision was made for him. He looked up, and the shadowy figure of the Beta Wolf was looming over him.
“You aren’t going anywhere!” it growled, and JarZe lowered his head. The Beta Wolf stood guard all night. -- “So we’re agreed,” the Alpha Wolf growled. The Beta Wolf bounded off towards JarZe, and the Lone Wolf bowed its head in agreement. The Alpha let out at piercing howl, heard throughout the entire forest. The critters began dashing away in frenzy, knowing that the wolves would kill tonight. Three of the pack stood next to the Alpha, and he turned his head in one direction. The three bounded off in that direction. -- The rabbit twitched his nose, and looked around the forest. He spotted a den not too far away, and with a flick of his ears, four of his brethren hopped towards it, standing guard. The den remained quiet all night. -- The Wolves stopped at a den, and one poked its nose in, growling. Joe’s Student perked up, and curled back to the edge of the den, out of reach of the wolves. One started digging at the top, trying to make it cave, and dirt rained down on JS. He cried in alarm, and tried to make his way out of the den, but the paw of the last wolf stopped him. It growled menacingly, and the two others surrounded the terrified JS. The wolves began to snarl, and closed in on JS... -- The Raccoon scuttled along the branches of a tree, overhead to where Marth was fast asleep. They had been stalking Marth all day, and knew what he was capable of. The raccoon decided he would try coping him that night/day. -- The three wolves returned to the Alpha Wolf, the first carrying the limp body of JS in its jaws. The Alpha nodded in approval, and the wolf dropped JS. He lay sprawled in the dirt, as the wolves bounded off, howling.
|Day 1: Rain in the Forest|
After the Rabbit had found the dead body of JS, the animals decided that someone had to pay for this. Suggestions on who should go were thrown around, and in the end it was a toss up between Reaymond and Scsw. The squirrel quickly counted the votes, and found, that Scsw had the most votes. Suddenly, a tree branch broke off from the canopy above, landing flat on Scsw. Instantly, the clouds broke open releasing gallons and gallons of cold rain. The pulled Scsw by the red bushy tail from under the branch, in order to give the fox a proper funeral. Above, the goddess mourned...
|Night 2: Hungry Like the Wolf|
The wolves, hungry for more, planned again. The Beta Wolf set out after its second victim, and the Lone Wolf lumbered off looking for his target. -- The Beta wolf growled, and Riranor flattened his ears, and slunk quietly back into his den, not able to do anything that night. -- The rabbit set out once again, and with a simple twitch of his ears, the den in front of him was surrounded by guards. -- The owl spread his wings, and peered down at the sleeping forest. He decided tonight would be a good night to spy... -- The Lone wolf bared his teeth, as the scent of his target wafted towards him. He stalked purposely forward, and his pawsteps awakened the animal within. JarZe lifted his nose, and in turn snarled, glaring at the Lone Wolf.
“You aren’t going to get me THAT easily!” he cried, crawling out of his den. The Lone wolf gave a barking laugh.
“What are you talking about? You’re already trapped!” JarZe looked around, and smiled.
“No, it’s just you and me, and I think I can handle myself...” but with that, a coordinated howl went up, and a circle of wolves showed themselves. JarZe’s eyes widened, knowing his fate was sealed, as the pack closed in for the kill... -- Light shone down into the forest, and cries of despair went up as the body of yet another critter lay broken outside of its den...
|Day 2: Hoo Are You?|
The critters once again crowded around to vote. The votes were cast randomly as there wasn't much information. "Where is the owl? Maybe they could have helped us..." the rabbit thought to himself, as they put in their ballot. In fact, a lot of the animals were wondering why there wasn't much talk about investigating roles; but that would be delt with later. For now, Mekal was up to lynch. He opened a sleepy eye at the crowd of animals around him, but said nothing. The crowd closed in, and shoved Mekal towards the river that ran through the forest. He struggled for a bit, but the water made his feathers heavy, and he couldn't fly away. Soon the body of the owl was still, and they critters sighed; another bad day.
The wolves once again set out after a target. All three decided to go, as sticking together sounded like a good plan. -- The raccoon crawled up towards Reaymond's den, and blinked down. "That looks interesting...I should try it!" he thought, and slunk away. -- Marth stretched out his paws, and yawned, deciding to take a walk this evening. Little did he know that the Wolves were stalking his every move. They nodded to each other, and the Lone Wolf let out a piercing howl. Marth turned around in shock, and started running as fast as he can, as the wolves closed in. Suddenly, a white streak flew in front of the wolves, and took the killing blow of the Alpha from Marth. The rabbit's chest rose a fell a couple times before stopping, and when the wolves looked up, Marth was gone.
|Day 3 - Looking Beta
The critters, fewer in number than ever before, knew that Molly Mae was a threat, and ganged up on her. She looked towards the pack pleadingly, but they did not want to give themselves away for her sake, and with that, the critters pushed her towards the darkened pathway that cut through their forest. It was here that monsters roared by often, and all the critters knew that one should avoid it at all costs. But today, was a different story. Molly Mae whimpered, as the sound of an approaching car caused the forest floor to rumble. The critters, determined to rid their forest of the wolves, coldly pushed her in the way of the car, just as it reached them. There was a painful howl, and then silence. The critters ran off into the trees as a person jumped out of the car to inspect the wolf they had hit...
|Night 4 -
The remaining wolves split up that night. The Lone Wolf decided tonight they wanted to take charge.
Several rabbits stood in front of a den, protecting the inhabitant inside
The raccoon peered down on the rabbit as he stationed his guards. He decided to try his luck at saving again...
The Lone Wolf made it's way towards the den of Riranor, who lay unprotected that night. The wolves howled at their luck, which woke up Riranor. His eyes widened and despite his efforts to escape, the Lone wolf picked him up easily in his jaws, and carried him back to the Alpha. A howl of success cut through the leaves soon after that, as the Alpha celebrated his kill.
The remaining critters quickly backed Woon into a corner, their beady black eyes boring into him. He whimpered, and scrambled back trying to escape the cold glares of the critters. He unfortunately didn't see where he was going, and his paws slipped, and he turned his head to see dirt scattering down the side of the ravine, into the quickly rushing waters. He looked back up at the critters, and at once, everyone had the same thought. Woon tried to push forward, but it was too late; they shoved against Woon's monstrous paws, and he skidded back, until there was no more ground to skid on. His body twisted and twirled down through the air as he tried to straighten himself out of a proper landing. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough air to do that, and with a sickening crunch, his spine cracked against the sharp rocks below, instantly killing him. The remaining wolf pack did not mourn, as he was never really in their pack anyway.
|Night 5: Finale|
The moon rose once again, as the Randro the Alpha stood all alone, his pack wiped out. With his chances slim to none, he set out for one final kill. -- Reaymond knew tonight would be the most important night, and he himself stood outside the Den of Marth the Squirrel. Within minutes, Randro arrived. He looked down through the fur over his eyes, giving him an ominous look. Reaymond faltered for a second, but soon regained his composure, and stared up to Randro.
"You will not defeat us! We are strong! I will protec..." but Reaymond's speech was cut short, as Randro snarled and leaped on him. The noise outside woke up Marth, who scurried outside to find a wolf and a rabbit fighting. Without hesitating, he leaped on top of Randro and bit hard into the scruff of his neck. Randro howled in pain and rage, and turned around, snapping at Marth. Reaymond took the chance to get away from Randro's claws, and when Randro turned back to him, he got a kick in the face by Reaymond's strong back legs. Dizzy and wounded, Randro backed up, tripping over Marth, who had curled himself in a ball behind his feet. Randro released a ear splitting howl, and Marth noticed that he had fallen on a broken tree, cracked in half by the lightning storm earlier. With one last burst of energy, Randro kicked out in pain, hitting Reaymond square in chest, causing him to fly backwards into a tree. Marth ran towards his fallen friend, and Reaymond opened his eyes one last time.
"They're...finally gone" he whispered, before going limp in Marth's paws. He looked up sadly at the abandoned forest, where he was the only one left. His forest, and everything he'd grown up with had gone up in smoke. Making his way back to his den, he collected the last of his food supply, and set off in search of a new home.
