Ocean 11 Mafia was a game designed and hosted by woon based on original design.
It began on June 27th, 2009 and ended in a Goodie win in D4 (July 7th, 2009).
Game Mechanics
Rules
- No PM among members unless those who have BTSC
- Day voting / night action need to completed in 24 hours. I will then take another 8 hours to write to story / outcome.
- If the vote is tied, then both will be saved once but player who involve in the tied votes twice will be lynched.
- Inactive only allowed once. The next inactiveness will make you gain 1 vote from nowhere to lynch you.
- Player who was killed only allowed 2 post and in grey color. You can’t reveal your role!
- Don’t be rude to other players and especially to the host.
Role Description
Villain: Win if all creatures except Villains died. Know each other and have BTSC.
- Shark: Choose a target to kill every night.
- Jelly Fish: Use its tentacles to attack a player and make him/her numb. The player cannot carry out his/her action that night.
- Stingray: Every night, choose a target and inject the poison into his/her body secretly (means it won’t be shown in the post), if the night or the consecutive night the seahorse not detoxify the player, the player will be killed.
Goodies: Win if all Villains are killed.
- Swordfish: As a hero warrior among the good sea creatures, every night he chooses a target to kill for the goodies.
- Dolphin: The most intelligent sea creatures, every night, choose a target to read the portion of his/her ID.
- Starfish: A sea creatures that will regenerate part of the body it lost. Will save the creature, but not the same player in consecutive night, who was targeted by shark or swordfish. Can only save himself once.
- Seahorse: A creatures believe to have the effect of curing. Will save the creature, but not in same player in consecutive night, that was targeted by Stingray and detoxify the poison in his body. Can only detoxify himself once.
- Giant Shell: Prison one player by locking him inside his clamps at night time. If the player was targeted by other he/she will be safe from the targeted action. Disadvantage? Not able to vote on the next day.
- Clownfish: Like to swim in group and hide among the corals, sometime you will be confused how many of them. Their vote is count as 2
- Shrimp: Being a very little creatures and like to attach to some other creatures, Shrimp able to target a player to see whom the player visit that night, but not able to know what action the player takes.
- Octopus: Being a creature that has 8 tentacles, Octopus can perform many tasks. Every night, I will throw a 8-face dice to see what function octopus can play:
- 1, 4, 8: Killing role
- 2, 7: Saving (starfish) role
- 3: Detoxifying (seahorse) role
- 5: Dolphin role and read the portion of 1 ID
- 6: Giant Shell role and prison 1 player

| Ocean 11
Somewhere at the Pacific Ocean, there is a secretive island, called Kara-karu Island. Houses were built high so the base was not landed on the ground. This is because the sea water level is higher than the island and gets flooded up to the waist-height every night. The residents, who stays at Kara-Karu, generation after generation have mysterious power in their blood, make them has no difficulty to stay there. In daylight, they will live as normal human but at the night time, when the water level is up, they can either remain as human form or turn themselves into another creatures which suitable of living in the sea water. They can only turn to 1 form of sea creatures where their family origin. A virus outbreak occurred years ago and makes the Kara-Karu only left 11 resident left. They are all from different family. No one knows which family others are from except themselves. Well, but the villain groups know each other. The villains are working out something to get rid of other goodies so they can dominate the island and propagate the next generation. So are the goodies. But they know the baddies won’t let them achieve their dream so easy. So, all the 12 residents agree on voting to eliminate 1 resident every morning. Every morning the seagull will lead the residents to the Spring of Truth, where is the highest place at Kara-karu Island. Resident who win majority vote will be thrown into the spring water for his/her role revealed and then killed. |

| The sun was setting. Seagull flew one more round to see how well the 11 residents in Kara-karu Island doing.
Some were singing in front of their house with joy. Some start making some defending shield around their houses. Seagull then flew back to where he lived. Sun set, sea water was raising up. Kara-karu Island entered to another view. |

| The night finally came. GC used the very last minute, climbed up to the highest coconut tree and yelled: "Swordfish! Wherever you are, please, do not to kill anyone, we can’t afford to loose any goodies!"
Social Darwin still stayed outside his house and enjoyed swimming. He noticed there was a white color stick with tiny flower on the tip. "What's this?" Social Darwin took another step closer to check. The 'flower' touched his forehead and dang. Social Darwin couldn't move but just floating on the water. Stingray swam as near as it could be on the ground so no one really noticed it. Soon it reached its target. Gently he gave a light stab by using its tail to its target. The leg did not move at all. "Good, my target is not aware about me." then it swam away happily "Woop! Almost there!" Starfish crawled slowly but finally reached to the place where the person it wanted to save stayed. "Hmm…. Seem to be very quiet. Uh! The person I worry about is not attacked tonight." Kat sat at the front pouch of her house, with both legs soaked into the water, kept combing her hair. Then a splashing noise suddenly broken the atmosphere and the next minute, she was found dead and floated on the water with her right arms had the shark bite. CP entered to her house and found her leg was swollen slightly with a red spot. But to her amaze, the swell then was shrinking until totally was gone. Then only she realized, there was a seahorse's mark on the other leg. “Could it be..? How lucky am I!” CP wondered. |

Seagull landed at the beach where all the 10 residents gathered. The moment he landed, he turned to a human being, named woon and walked to the crowd. "Kat was killed! We must find the baddies!" woon noticed SG's both hands are tied with rope. He then faced the crowd and asked: "Decided?" "Yes! Majority!" "Ok, lets go!" woon lead the way to the Spring of Truth. The pond with the spring water was crystal clear and reflected anything stay above the water. "Let's throw him in! We should seek revenge for Kat!" "It's not me! I am a good…." SG was thrown into the spring water pond before he could finish his sentence. The water became calm after a while. Everyone kept quiet and hold their breath to see the outcome. GC could not stand and went closer to the pond to see the result. Suddenly, a triangle shape object swam above the surface of the water in a very high speed, approaching GC and then…. a pair of jaws opened widely intended to attack GC! "Shark!" some residents quickly pulled GC backwards, just few inches away from where the shark attacked. The big fierce creature was struggling to stay on the land but somehow there was some forces from the pond kept pulling its tail downwards. Finally the shark sank and disappeared in the pond. |

| The shrimp quietly stuck itself at the back of its target! "Done! Hope I stick to the right creatures!"
Limey quickly ran back to his secret place. "I shall not let other see where’s the place I transform myself to the sea creature!" But Limey movement suddenly halted when his left leg was clamped by something. He looked down, it was the Giant Shell. "Hey, you clampled the wrong guy! I……" Before Limey could finish his statement, the Giant Shell grew bigger until it had whole Limey inside it. Limey then saw a line of words at the inner layer of the shell, "Don't worry Limey, you will be saved tonight!" GC stayed at home to watch his favorite cricket match. Suddenly he heard his door was knocked. He stood up from his sofa, walked to the door and opened, found no one outside. GC walked back to his sofa and sat. After that, he did nothing whole night. Something whitish moved from the sofa and jumped back to the sea through the bamboo flooring. Stingray, again made another low profile swimming skill, reached its target and stung. Job done! "Oh my, I better not go for swimming at night again! It took me whole night floated like a dead wood on the water last night!" Social Darwin immediately shut his door and hid himself inside the room "Wait, where's the odd sound coming from? The floor?" SD then lied on the bamboo floor in order to check the noise more clearly. He could heard very clear but not for long. A sharp object, with series of small teeth, was poked through the bamboo flooring and his chest. Blood stain was widening on the floor. The sun rose. Everyone was shocked when noticed Social Darwin was killed in his room. |

Seagull already noticed GC and CP were quarreling from far. He quickly landed and transformed to human being – woon. Woon: What's wrong? GC: I strongly suggest to check Abhisk! CP: But Marioman9 are suspicious too! Woon then saw 2 resident was tied under 1 tree – Abhisk and Marioman9. “So, how about others decision?” woon asked. Other residents responded, looks like first lots of them follow GC. But GC couldn't make up his mind this time, votes kept changing. “Sorry GC! I have to keep the time! Marioman9! You are the goner! Let's go to the Spring of Truth.” woon once again lead the way. They reached the pond, threw Marioman9 into the spring water and were quietly waiting for the result. “Looks! It jumped up from the water, it is...... shrimp?” Clozo shouted with disappointment. “Well, this is the team decision, Night 3 is falling, let's get prepared!” woon said. |

| Stingray: Yes! Another one.
The night was falling. Stars twinkled brightly. Clozobozo awake from her nightmare. She wiped off the sweat from her face. Was it the nightmare too scary or the atmosphere too hot? Clozobozo couldn’t remember at all. The only thing she remembered was she didn’t switch off the light before she went to bed but now his room was dark. She then jumped off from her bed, landed at her flooring which was soft and sticky (????) "Wait, what was it? Oh my god! I am in the shell!" That night, Clozobozo's house collapsed because a giant shell was bouncing and bouncing inside the house, until the house broken so it could fall back to the sea again CP took a sip of wine and started talking, "You know! I wasn’t that lucky all the time, but I think this time the lucky star shine on me!" GC noded his head. "Cheers for our lucky lady!" "Ok, got to go! Not sure whom will they target tonight!" GC and CP then left for home. One went east and one went west. But what GC didn't notice was CP then fainted after walking for a few huts away. The next day, CP was found dead with whole body turned black. |

| woon looked around the island and found nobody. So he rushed to Spring of Truth. Everyone was surrounding Limey and believed he is the baddie.
"Jump! To proove yourself innocent!" Limey kept quiet. He walked slowly to pond and told the crowd, "You'll regret about this!" Limey jumped into the pond. A second later, he floated on the surface of the water with 4 limbs opened widely. Light glowed from him. After the glow dimmed, the crowd saw a starfish lynched. |

| GC, Gmaster, Abhisk and Derrai were helping Clozo fixing up her house even it was already night time.
The moon shone brightly at night. Finally the house was done! Although simple, but at least it was comfortable for staying Clozo went to aside to prepare some coconut drinks for everyone, when she came back to them with glasses of drinks, everyone was gone! "Where was everybody?" Clozo puzzled. "Let me go! You giant shell, you target the wrong …." Gmaster's voice got weaker and weaker when the clamps of the giant shell closed. Clozo finally found GC leaning against on of the palm tree. "There you are!" GC didn't reply. Clozo pushed him gently. She then screamed when saw GC fell and lie unconsciously after the push "What's happened?" Abhisk and Derrai reached after hearing Clozo's scream. They found GC was poisoned to dead |

“Bring him out! Bring him out!” Clozo and Abhisk shouted when they saw Derrai brought Gmaster who was tied with rope! woon looked from far but never interrupted. “I think they will know how to handle this chaos.” Derrai then forced Gmaster kneed down beside the pond. “Any more thing to say?” Gmaster yelled, “Guys! I am Octopus! I did some killing and saving roles in certain nights but due to the wrong target, you guys were not informed! Believe me, I am Octopus!” Clozo face then turn pale. She quickly moved away from Abhisk who standing beside her! “Then must be you!” Abhisk, “No! It’s not me! Didn’t I have told you that I am kind of funny! I am serious and not funny at all when I saying I am kind of funny! Understand?” “Then who is the Stingray? Derrai, why are you suddenly become quiet? Say something.” Derrai stood still with no expression. Then a voice came out from his mouth. To the other surprise, it is a lady voice. “I say, let’s vote for Abhisk!” Gmaster and Clozo puzzled, “Who’s that?” Derrai answered, “It’s me, Kat! Do you know who I was? I was the actual clown fish, so I knew you are lying!” Abhisk shocked, “That’s not fair! How could woon call you up to decide the result! You already knew I am lying!” Kat/Derrai: You will still lose, no matter how. If today we lynched Gmaster, we will find out he is the Octopus. Then night 5, I the Giant Shell who knew Clozo is innocent has no question about you are the baddie and will imprison you then! Then in day 5, Clozo and I will lynch you. So, why not save time now? Abhisk: No way, How could you believe Clozo is innocent. Kat/Derrai: That’s because the splendid creature GC the dolphin has told us. Abhisk moved aback, “Cool down everyone, I can explain, I …..oops!” Abhisk accidentally fell into the pond. After a while, the remaining resident heard a song sang from the pond: Are you Jimmy Ray? Are you ….. Na na… I am stingray!” The 3 persons, Clozo, Gmaster and Derrai (Kat) on the shore yelled with cheers! “Yay! We won!” After enjoyed looking at the happy 3 singing and dancing, woon then turned to the seagull and flew away. |

| Seagull flew and flew above the ocean. Suddenly it spotted some familiar creatures swimming towards one direction. Seagull then flew follow the direction and notice not far away from it, there’s an island:
