It began on July 2, 2013 and ended in a Goodies & Indies win in N6 (July 14th).
Game Mechanics[]
Rules[]
Special kills may not be blocked. They may be stopped by saving or trapping the target on the night the special kill is used. Saving or trapping the secondary target (the one the target acts on) can reduce the impact by saving the secondary target.
The baddie who has the special kill does need to be alive the night it is used, but do not need to remain alive for the delayed effect special kills, ie lynching them the next day will not stop Poison Cookie or Blue Fur or Zombie.
All saves will appear as by Kermit. Even if there are 2 saves and Kermit is dead. But only successful saves will appear.
Tie rules = 1 in the die will die.
Kills are not blocking
ooa = trap > baddie block > goodie block
Shown in NP
- Blocks
- Traps
- Saves only if needed
- NK
- RID Kill if successful
- Special Kills appear in the NP/DP when the target dies
Not Shown
- Spies, messaging, unsuccessful saves & RID kills, vote manips/vote redirect
Role Description[]
Baddies BTSC, WINCON: gain an unsurpassable majority, NK: normal NK or special Kill. It is group kill so not redirectable/blockable. But using special kill means that role may not use it's action that night or day.
- Bad bird -
- action: spy
- Special Kill: has a flamethrower, burns the victim and whoever that victim acted on both die that night.
- Graver -
- action: block
- Special Kill: Blue fur of death-nk is not reported til the next night, the victim's actions are controlled the next night and then the victim dies. Does not work on Oscar, who is too grumpy to control and will die immediately rather than the next night.
- Hell mo -
- action: vote manip, x0-x2
- Special Kill: Zombifies the victim, death not reported until after next lynch, victim's vote is secretly controlled (vm redirect)
- Cookie Monster -
- action: save (can save baddie from goodie kill and from flame/poison)
- Special Kill: gives out poison cookies. Victim death not reported until next night, victim dies along with any the victim acts on the next night.
Goodies
- The Count - Role spy - I count one, two, three, four. Four naughty baddies!
- Oscar the Grouch - Kill. Leave me alone...
- Snuffleupagus - So huge he can block someone from passing him.
- Kermit the Frog - save, saves target from kills, special kills, and fire/poison
- Zoe - messenger
- Telly - copies power of first goodie to die
- Martians - vote redirect
- Guy Smiley - choice of follow spy or target spy
- Forgetful Jones - Trap (block/save, saves target from kills, special kills, and fire/poison)
Indy - Outlive 3 roles, must rid kill at least 1 of them, otherwise must be last standing. Have BTSC. Indy win does not end game.
- Bert - Watches out for Ernie, Ernie can not die while Bert lives. Even special kills will miss. Bert also has a follow spy and will be told if the one followed is one of the 3 they must outlive.
- Ernie - rid kill, target can not be saved
- Ernie immune to Flamethrower thanks to rubber ducky
- Bert immune to Poison Cookies, too smart to touch them
Roles Indies was told to outlive |

Host's Summary[]
Game Idea and Expectations[]
Game[]
Good game, other than a bit of inactivity one of the days, there was good activity and nice plays by all!
Lots of unpredictable moves, from the indy kill on Vommack, the baddies reaching out to the indies, indies turning them down, goodies trusting the indies.
Any thoughts on MVP?
I think MVP has several contenders. Benjer's bold move might have paid off if they had pushed harder on the indies. Jay very nearly pulled an upset against the indies. Kudos to Krystal and IAWY for managing to turn the bandwagon back around.
But I think Hachi stood out not only for the two saves but for consistent leadership during the game.
Waiting to see what Aura thinks.Special commendations[]

Night 1: Blocks Away |
---|
Night 1: Blocks Away Late at night, Boquise enters a taxi... Graver: Hello, sir, and welcome to Graver's Taxi. Boquise: Oh no, it's you! Graver: Yes it is I, your furry blue taxi driver. What can I do for you, sir? Boquise: I want to go to the library. Graver: Oh a very wise choice. The library is a wonderful place with books to read and you can listen to records like "The Air is Alive with the Sound of Music." Boquise: I know that. Let's go. Graver: You know you can take home books from the library too, if you bring them back of course. Boquise: I know. That's why I'm going there. Graver: Of course you could also go to the zoo. Boquise: I don't want to go to the zoo! Graver: Why? There are lions and tigers there. And the lions go Rrrrroar! And do not forget the monkeys, they are so cute, they go "Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh!" And you can buy a balloon there. Boquise: I don't wanna hear "Ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh!" I don't want a balloon, I want to go to the library! Boquise & Graver spent the night like that, never making it to the library. Snuffleupagus was sort of plodding down the street and enjoying a bit of window shopping. Harvest had the same thought and was standing outside an electronics store admiring the large display screens when Snuffleupagus accidentally stepped on him. "Oh dear." Spoiler for Actions spoiler

Day 1: Oops, I forgot |
---|
Attention quickly turned to Slick. He had forgotten to leave a hint. Or had he forgotten to not leave a hint? He forgot something. And so the votes piled on. And more and more. And then he remembered! "I am forgetful," he exclaimed with glee! "Ever so forgetful, that is me, tee hee." "Not so fast there bucko, I think you remember more than you claim," came FT. "Forget me not, I forget me and forget you." "Lynch him!" the crowd roared. "I forgot, what are we doing again?" "Lynching you. Lynch now, lynch now." Slick turned to run but slipped on a banana peel that was more slippery than even Slick. And so he fell, and a few yellow feathers floated out from his coat and landed by the banana peel, which was also yellow. "Hey, it's Bad Bird! Let's fry him up and eat him!" And so the crowd cooked Bad Bird and ate him all up. om nom nom |
Day 3: 3rd time is the Charm |
---|
Things were looking very bad for Gubbey. Pretty much everyone decided Gubbey needed to go but then he started talking about tellies or something and they all loved television so they decided IAWY should be lynched instead. "Wait, not me, I am too useful!" But they would have none of that. Besides, it was late and muppets need their beauty sleep. So they tied a rope around his neck and proceeded to hang IAWY. "Noooo!" IAWY screamed as he fell and the rope began to tighten. But then the rope snapped and he fell to the ground. It must have been cheap worn out rope, so they tossed him on a fire and began throwing buckets of gasoline on him. But gas was too expensive so they wound up throwing buckets of water on him instead and the fire went out. Since he was soaking wet now the best thing to do was to throw him in the river so he would drown. Muppets are terrible swimmers. So they threw him in the river in which he quickly sank and everyone cheered and went home. IAWY then floated back to the top as the gentle currents carried him to safety. Back into the village full of muppets who had just tried to kill him. |
Night 4: The Cookie Factory |
---|
Hachi was excited. He had been invited for a free meal at The Cookie Factory. Little did he know that Cookie Monster had sent the invitation and was planning to kill him there. So Hachi got all dressed up and got into a waiting taxi. "Take me to The Cookie Factory if you please!" The driver, Forgetful Jones, turned to look at him. "Who are you?" "I am Hachi and I want to go to The Cookie Factory." "Oh. Is this The Cookie Factory?" "No, this is a taxi outside my house." Forgetful Jones looked around. "Oh, so it is." "So, can we go now?" "Go? Go where?" "THE COOKIE FACTORY!" "Oh right, right." And Forgetful Jones began to drive to The Cookie Factory. Then he forgot how to get there and indeed where he was even driving. So he spent the rest of the night just driving. Cookie Monster spent the rest of the night waiting but Hachi never showed up. It was not a total loss however, at least he was able to eat lots of cookies while waiting. Spoiler for Actions

Day 5: Tickle me Hellmo! |
---|
Jay or Krystal, everyone switched back and forth before deciding they had had enough of Hellmo's laughing. So they sent Hellmo off to where all bad muppets go, a wasteland of shaved heads. |
Night 6: Getting the Message |
---|
Hachi was all set for a night out on the town. He headed out and hopped into a taxi. The driver, Forgetful Jones, turned to look at him. "Who are you?" "I am Hachi... oh no, not you again!" Hachi winced as the cab sped off for another night of endless driving. Meanwhile Bert & Ernie were hanging out on a street corner and saw Brainy across the street. "That's her, she's the one who has been sending messages!" Ernie said. "How many messages?" Ernie asked. "Oh let me see. Hmm. There was the one to Forgetful Hachi. Yep, that one." "Were there any other messages?" "No Bert, just that one." "But you said she has been sending messages." "Yes Bert, sending messages to Hachi!" "Did she send any other messages to Hachi?" "No Bert. Why do you ask?" Bert was a little upset now. "Just one message is singular! You should say she sent A message, not that she has been sending messages! That is plural!" Ernie thought for a moment. "Hey Bert, let's just kill her." And so they killed Brainy. They were so pleased with themselves that they left for a vacation, leaving Forgetful Hachi as the last one in town. Game over, Indies and Goodies win! |
